Cancellations:
• If a cancellation request is made after 9 AM on the dispatch day, your parcel may have already entered the delivery network, making it too late to retrieve.
• If you return an item and received “Free Delivery,” a £5.99 postage and packaging fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Consumer Protection Rights: Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you may cancel within 7 working days of receiving your items, provided they are unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
Returns:
• Contact Us First: You must notify us via email at hello@crownandcoils.com with your order/transaction number within 14 days of receiving your goods to initiate a return.
• Return Window: Once we are notified, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. All items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Returns Due to Incorrect Orders or Dissatisfaction: If the error is not on our part, you may be entitled to a partial refund (product cost minus postage and packaging costs). You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Returns within 14 days of delivery will be refunded in full.
• Returns made after 14 days but within 28 days will be refunded at a reduced amount.
• You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products. If the returned items are used or damaged, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the condition of the goods.
• Returns Due to Incorrect Address: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will refund the product cost only. Re-shipping fees will apply if you wish for the item to be resent.
• To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
• Eligibility for Return - The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
• Gift cards
• Hair extensions, wigs, and ponytails
• Eyelashes
• Health and personal care items
• Any free or promotional items will need to be returned if order is returned or cancelled. If for any reason promotional items is not returned a deduction from any refundable refunds will be made accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item returned after 14 days from delivery.

Refund Policy:
• Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, and you have not contacted us within the 14-day return window, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items and can only be issued to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
• Credit Notes - If a refund is not applicable, we may offer a credit note for the value of the returned product, redeemable on our website.
• Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return postage and packaging costs will be deducted from your refund.
