How do I care for my wig or hair extensions?Keep them hydrated, use sulfate-free products, and store them properly in a satin bag or wig stand when not in use.

Can I return a wig if it doesn’t fit?Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, wigs are non-returnable.

Are your products suitable for all hair types?Yes! We specialise in Afro-textured, curly, coily, and wavy hair, but many of our products work for other hair types as well.

Do you sell 100% human hair wigs and bundles?Yes! We offer high-quality human hair wigs, and human hair bundles.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?Some of our brands are. Check the product description for details.

Can I return my order?*Yes, within 14 days if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must contact us at: hello@crownandcoils.com before you return the item *Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, hair extensions, eyelashes, and opened hair products are non-returnable.

Who covers the return shipping costs?The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, postage and packaging cost will be deducted.

How long does it take to receive a refund?Once approved, refunds take 5-10 working days to process.
