We accept returns on wigs; however, all return requests must first be approved by our customer service team. To initiate a return, You must contact us at: hello@crownandcoils.com with your order details before you return the item. Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days of approval. Please note that wigs must be returned in their original condition, packaging, unworn and unaltered, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
